Welcome of ASTRA Wellness, our mission is to help you make the best choices for your health. At Astra we believe life has to be lived to the fullest with great health and happiness.

We have many Certified Health Coaches & Nutrition Experts serving clients both online and offline on health solutions. We have been helping individuals to achieve optimal health, prevent and reverse diseases since 2011.

ASTRA Wellness was inpired by our founder's story who helped his parents beat illness through the art of healty living, right nutrition & therapeutic practices. His parents fell sick, one with Stage 3 Cancer & another with Auto Immune Disorder. He couldn't bare to see them suffering and go through all the medical procedures without any guarantee. He was inspired by hundreds of stories of people that fought sickness and found way to beat it. As of today Astra Wellness and we have helped hundreds of people.

Every individual is different, so we believe in personalized coaching towards achieving good health and empowering them with the right knowledge to stay happy and healthy.
